老年消化道微生态失调与冠心病发病影响的研究进展

<正>冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化致使管腔出现狭窄甚至闭塞,引发心肌缺血缺氧,严重时导致心肌坏死的一种心脏病[1]。研究表明,我国急性心肌梗死的住院率呈现上升趋势,且多数冠心病患者在心肌梗死发病后于院外离世,因此,冠心病总体病死率较高,如何实现冠心病的早期诊断治疗以提高预后是冠心病防治工作的核心要点[2]。口腔与肠道微生物群存在双向联系,二者菌群与冠心病密切相关,口腔致病菌如具核梭杆菌可经血液循环引发炎症,肠道菌群失调会改变代谢产物水平,影响脂质代谢与炎症,进而促进冠心病发生[3-4]。深入研究口腔及肠道菌群失调与老年冠心病发病的关系,对于揭示老年冠心病的发病机制具有重要意义。本综述将重点探讨口腔及肠道菌群失调与老年冠心病发病关系的研究进展。
