<正>血管周围间隙(perivascular spaces,PVS)是指脑实质内小动脉和小静脉周围被软脑膜围绕形成的细小间隙,也被称Virchow-Robin间隙,是神经系统的正常解剖结构,具有引流脑内间质液的功能,与脑内代谢物清除、脑内免疫反应有关,被认为是脑内的淋巴系统。PVS直径约0.3 mm,常规MRI是不可见的,当PVS直径>0.66mm,在普通MRI上可以看到,目前把普通MRI上可以观察到的PVS称为扩大的PVS(enlarged perivascular spaces,EPVS)。目前研究认
