摘要:

<正>心血管疾病(CVD)仍然是全世界最常见的死亡原因,尽早的正确诊断对于降低CVD的死亡率具有极大的益处。心血管系统的疾病,如急性心肌梗死(AMI)、心力衰竭(HF)、高血压、心律失常和冠状动脉疾病,其发病率和死亡率在全球居于首位,是目前临床进展快、研究较活跃的领域之一[1-2]。虽然在过去的20年中,对CVD的诊断、治疗和预后方面取得了很大进步,有助于降低死亡率,然而,目前临床上仍然需要一种新的诊断生物标志物和新的治疗方案来降低
