<正>自发性脑出血是指非外伤情况下各种原因引起的脑动脉、静脉和毛细血管自发性破裂引起的脑内出血。每年全球200万~300万人发生脑出血,占所有新发脑卒中的10%~15%,脑出血全球总发病率为24.6/(10万人·年)。在我国,脑出血发病率为60~80/(10万人·年),患病率为112/10万人,该数据远高于西方国家和其他亚洲国家[1]。有报道,脑出血后1个月的死亡率为40%,幸存者中仅12%~
